34th St – Herald Square subway station is a quick 1 min walk from the venue.

Open to guests of all ages, however, some immersive elements may be scary for young audiences.
All guests age 15 years and under should be accompanied by a guest of at least 16 years of age. Guests ages 2 and under will need a complimentary children’s ticket to enter.
The exhibition is self-guided, and we expect guests to spend 60-90 minutes exploring.
Arrive anytime from 11:00am to 5:30pm Monday – Thursday, and anytime from 11:00am to 6:30pm Friday – Sunday, during the day you choose.
Accessible to guests with limited mobility. For guests with hearing disabilities, closed captioning subtitles are available on most of the galleries’ media screens. Guests with sensory sensitivity should be aware that the exhibition features ambient music, sound bites from the films, non-strobe flashing lights, motion triggered sound and video, and other media moments throughout. Animals are not permitted inside the exhibition.
Small bags and backpacks are welcome within the exhibition. Please note that there will not be a coat check or space to store luggage, and we kindly request that guests do not bring bulky items to the venue. Due to restrictions within the venue, strollers are not permitted inside the New York City exhibition.
